- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆July 29, 2019, by Bruce BitconDisappointing installation and follow-through. Installer left 3 floor tiles and 1 wall tile high and out of plane. He told me the floor wasn't level so there wasn't anything he could do about it. I assumed with 20 years experience he would have used a leveling compound. As these tiles were on the outer room perimeter, when I installed the baseboard the tiles caused the baseboard to 'high center' over the high tiles. He installed the waterproof membrane board in the shower. Since this was a new install, why were any of these tiles high? He promised to fix it after his vacation, and did not show up.
